Exhibitor Information

 

Once again, a Fire & Safety Expo will be hosted by the Rincon del Diablo Fire District and the Escondido Fire Department, at a date and time to be determined in 2024. As always, the event will be held at Escondido Fire Station #4, Kit Carson Park, 3301 Bear Valley Pkwy, Escondido. This will be our 26th annual fire and water expo and we hope that your organization will consider participating by staffing a display space we're offering free of charge.
 

The focus of this event continues to be fire and life safety as well as quality of life issues and it will offer a range of displays and activities of interest to all ages. Interactive displays have always been the most successful, whether inexpensive prizes are given for answering simple questions, or displays allow visitors to participate in an activity. Refreshments will be available and food trucks will be on hand for visitors; up to 2 individuals per space, staffing displays for participating organizations will each receive a free lunch with beverages.

This will be a great opportunity to showcase the services your agency/organization provides to our 2,000 visitors. A covered table and two chairs (or more if needed) can be provided at no cost to you inside the apparatus bay or in a space outdoors, depending on your preference. Limited access to electricity will be available; let us know if you require it. If you will need extra space to display a vehicle or large piece of equipment, please let us know that, too. You will be able to start setting up your display at 8:45 am and must be ready for our visitors by 9:45 am.
